The Capital Area Community Action Agency is hosting the 3rd Annual Southeast Regional Pig Fest!!

The BATTLE of THE BANDS competition is Sunday- The Wailin' Wolves Band is scheduled to go on at 12:30. However, it could be a little earlier OR a little later... so just come at noon! Family friendly... and yes, cold beers are available!!

This is our first year and we could use a win!! Any Category would be great!! Come and show your support to help us take it away this year- Competition is steep this year...We will need our votes!!! All bands will be playing original music!!!

Festival activities include a craft show, art market, a car & bike show and a BBQ cookoff with the winner of the cook off going on to the Jack Daniels BBQ World Championship and of course, the BATTLE OF THE BANDS!!! I had some of the best BBQ in my life last at Pig Fest!!! Just sayin...

Mark your calendars for Friday, January 27 and get out your guayabera shirts, your dancing shoes and other festive attire and join Honorary Co-Chairs Eddie Agramonte, Randy Baez and Tony Carvajal for a return to Havana, Cuba of days gone by!

Havana Nights takes place at Capital City Country Club from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. There will be gaming (hope you're feeling lucky!), dancing, live music by Wailin' Wolves, a silent auction, tasty hors d'oeurves, cigars on the patio, and lots of great fun!

Tickets are $50 per person and proceeds benefit Kids Incorporated of the Big Bend, which provides comprehensive, quality services to at-risk families with children from birth to age three and pregnant women in Leon, Jefferson and Madison counties. Your contribution will make a difference in the lives of families in our community!
